Moorning Run: 8k en 0:45 aproximadamente, 3,5k Barefoot.
Carrera de asfalto hasta la carretera de San Juan para bajar a la playa
y allí descalzarme hasta casa corriendo por la arena mojada,
mojándome ocasionalmente hasta las rodillas a las 7:30 am
(una delicia), subir por el cesped congelado de la via del tren
y pasar sobre la tierra "afilada" del parque de al lado de casa.
Estupenda, la sensación de correr otra vez tanto rato descalzo.
He tenido molestias en la rodilla a ratos, pero el 60% de la
carrera ha sido placentera y sin a penas molestias...visto como
estaba hace 48 horas,...una maravilla.
LunchTime Swim:
1,2 k en unos 22 minutos, estirando y tonificando.
Estoy volviendo a empezar a sentir el agua,...guauuuu como me gusta.
3x(350 crol + 50 espalda).
